The Ramsey City Council has not yet been provided <br />with information regarding the proposed permit amendment <br /> any <br />addressed in the above public notice. We have also discussed <br />this subject with Anoka County and have been advised that no <br /> - <br />action on the permit amendment will take place until the City has <br />an opportunity for this review. The City would, therefore, like <br />to request that the PCA withhold any further processing on this <br />permit amendment until the applicant provides to the City his <br />plans and further discusses the matter with our City Council. <br /> <br /> By copy of this letter, I am also advising the applicant and -- <br />I County Ramsey's position on <br /> Anoka <br /> of <br /> this <br /> subject. <br /> <br /> Very truly yours, <br />! <br /> <br />William K.
