This consists of attaching the cable to <br />existing poles. There are four steps in this process, which :' <br />are listed below. <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />'3) <br />4) <br /> <br />Installing Strand <br />Installing Cable <br />Splicing in the Electronics <br />Activating the Plant <br /> <br /> Also we are going to try to build as much underground plant <br />as the weather will allow and then start again, ne×t spring. As <br />we build the underground plant we will be going door to door a <br />few days ahead of the crews notifying residence of what we are <br />planning on doing. This should relieve some of the problems . <br />that may arise when~.rConstruc~ing in an underground area, ....
