Clay%on was on vacation so I made
inspections after I returned from school. The contractors were very cooperative.
The other course I have to take is the last week in August. That also is a five
day course.

I am doing some follow-up work on ordinance violations, unlicenses vehicles, etc.
As I travel through the City, I am still taking pictures of the ones I missed the
first time around. I've taken pictures of those that have had their letters for
some time. A few have cleaned up completely, some are making a good attempt while
others haven't done anything.

I postponed starting my viewing for the 1983 assessment until Clayton gets back from
vacation. I have plenty of other work to keep me busy so it works out better to
wait until he gets back.

Lloyd informed me that he was bringing the answers to our letter to the County
Assessor for Council action. What we have done should make Gayle make a fair value
on the land within the County. If he is too far off, we have the facts to prove
him wrong.

This concludes my report.

Submitted by,

Lester D.
