Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: There is no change in the status of <br /> this plat since our last report. <br /> <br />B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: There is no change in the status of <br /> this plat since our last report. <br /> <br />C. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: There is no change in the <br /> status of this plat since our last report. <br /> <br />D5 <br /> <br />Pondvale Estates: There is no change in the status of this plat <br />since our last report. The developer has until September 1, 1982 <br />to complete the paving on the project. <br /> <br />Alpaca Estates: There is no change in the status of this plat since <br />our last report. <br /> <br />F. Meadowbrook Estates: The developer was granted another six-month <br /> extension for filing the plat at the April 27, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br />G. Hy-10 Ramses: The developer was granted an extension for filing the <br /> plat until July 1, 1982 at the January 26, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Ramsey Commons: This plat was granted preliminary plat approval at <br />your May 25, 1982 council meeting contingent upon the developer <br />providing easement for a service road. The developer has requested <br />approval of the plat without the service road. This will be discussed <br />under Item 6. in the Old Business. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Feasibility: This feasibility was completed on July 9, <br />1982. A special council meeting with the planning and zoning commission <br />and the EDC has been set for 8:00 p.m., July 26, 1982 to review this <br />feasibility. <br /> <br />1982 MSAS Project: This project was awarded to the low bidder, U.D. <br />Contracting, on July 12, 1982. The City Attorney and myself are presently <br />working on acquiring the easements for the project. It is anticipated <br />that construction can begin by the end of the month. <br /> <br />1982 Street Projects: These projects were awarded to the low bidder, <br />Buffalo Bituminous Inc., on July 12, 1982. The City Attorney and myself <br />are presently working on acquiring the easements for the projects. A pre- <br />construction meeting has been set for 2:00 p.m. on July 26, 1982 and it is <br />anticipated that construction will commence shortly afterward. <br /> <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
