It appears that the County Assessor is i responding to your letter stating that he will make those above determinations on land value and not the City of Ramsey as we have told our Commissioner we were going to do here in the City of Ramsey. I Consequently, I think we had better get this issue ironed out with Mr. Fields. I think this information will keep you better informed as to what real estate sales are doing at least here in Ramsey.
