I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 82- <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br />County of Anoka, Minnesota <br /> <br />An Ordinance amending Chapter 170.02 entitled "MOBILE HOMES", Section 170.021 of the <br />City Code by changing the definitions of "mobile home". <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota does hereby ordain as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 170.021 Definitions, Paragraph I, is amended to read as follows: /...,>, <br /> <br />1.' A "mobile home" is a manufactured home that is less than twenty' ~2~)- feet <br /> wide over at least. ~hirty (30k.rfeet'6f its length in the erected mode, <br /> suitable for year rou~d:j_~chTp~ncy and containing the same water supply, <br /> waste disposal ~n~eI~rical conveniences as immobile housing and subject <br /> to tax or registration under state law and-having no f~undation other than <br /> wheels,. -jacks or skirtings. Width measurement shall not take amount of <br /> overhang and other projections beyond the exterior walls. <br /> <br />Section 2. PENALTY <br /> <br />Any violation of this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not <br />more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and/or 90 days in jail, and each day that a <br />violation of this Ordinance continues shall be a separate violation. <br /> <br />Section 3.
