PENALTY. <br /> <br />Any violation of this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not <br />more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and/or 90 days in jail, and each day that a <br />violation of this Ordinance continues shall be a separate violation. <br /> <br />Section 3.
