5. Public ~earings shall be held at locations within Bell's service area. <br />6. In addtttcn to the individual notification as ordered by the Con~ntssion <br />on June 3, 1982, the Company shall also publish notices of the preheating con- <br />ference, evidenttary hearings and public hearings in the form of newspaper display <br />ad~, at least l0 days prior to the dates of their con~rencement, in newspapers of <br />general circulation in towns within the Company's service territory. The heading <br />om the display ad, RATE INCREASE NOTICE, must be minimum 30 point bold face ty~e. <br /> <br /> 7.
