Ail the deficient items, <br />with the exception of the channel construction on Project 81-10, were corrected. <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />We have also reviewed the affidavit of withheld taxes, the consent form from <br />surety stating that the bond will remain in effect for the maintenance period and <br />certification of claims payment. <br /> <br />Since channel construction on Project 81-10 was delayed due to easement acquisition <br />and the cost was not included in the final estimate, we would recommend final payment <br />of $41,691.11 to the contractor as approved at you~ June 22, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br />The contractor has agreed to complete the channel construction on Project 81-10 at <br />a later date and will request separate reimbursement for this item. <br /> <br />If you have any further questions on the projects, please let us know. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
