It is this <br />icompany's opinion that we do not owe the City of Ramsey for the. <br />wage benefits which they paid Officer David Oustafson. I refer <br />you to the recent Supreme Court Decision in the Bachman vs. <br /> MTC Case. It was ruled in that case that we have an economic <br />I d <br /> etriment and that the wage benefits are not re-imbursable to <br /> the Compensation carrier in these matter, <br /> <br />IHenceforth, it is this company's opinion that we do not owe the <br /> $976 wage benefit, but, we do owe the $2 ~_~6~. 0 in medical. We <br /> also owe the .City's overtime expense of $2~69.~9 and the <br />Idestroyed uniform expense of $62.90.
