I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CONDITIOI~AL USE RESTRICTIONS AS <br />ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RA~ISEY <br /> <br />%~]~i~ .,r~ui'c-~c~mQnt between Mr James Gilbertson and the City of Ramsey entered into <br />this day of June, 1982, as per the following: <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval as established by the City of Ramsey, <br />for all co~T~ercial and industrial developments, approved by the City of Ramsey, <br />are understood between the Applicant and the City of Ramsey, and that the Applicant <br />complies with said conditions fully within the time frames established by this <br />agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the Applicant has made proper appli- <br />cation for the approval granted by this agreement and has met all other conditions <br />established by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council concluding <br />formal approval of the Applicant's application by this agreement. <br /> <br />The property address is 6141 West Highway #10. <br /> <br />Zoning at date of agreement: B-i, Business. <br /> <br />Date of Planning and Zoning review: June 1, 1982. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREF2~ENT: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Applicant shall comply with all conditions as specified in the <br />Building Official's letter dated April 1, 1982 addressed to Mr. <br />James Gilbertson. Said letter is attached and is hereby incor- <br />porated as a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />2) Applicant shall not display more than two (2) rental items in <br /> any area outside of the storage yard. <br /> <br />3) Applicant shall shield all security lighting which causes glare <br /> on Highway #10. <br /> <br />4) Applicant shall maintain any on-site existing shrubbery. <br /> <br />5) Applicant shall complete his building and/or facilities and <br /> acquire all permits no later than July 30, 1982. <br /> <br />6) Applicant understands and agrees that permits shall be required <br /> for the following: <br /> <br />a) Advertising signs <br />b) Revisions to existing, structures <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />James Gilbertson <br /> <br />Thomas G.
