Dear Mr. Deschenes: In makSng routine inspections, we today discovered that you bad installed an on-site septic system at the above referenced address without first acquiring a pc:mit. It is apparent you had no intention of acquiring the permit because you completed the job on Tuesday morning (June 1, 1982) and made no effort to contact us for an inspection. ]n view of your apparent unconcern with the various regulations of the City and the fact that this is not the ~irst time you have operated outside of City ordinances, you are hereby notified that you will not be issued permits in the_. . City of Ramsey nor will any of your work in the City be inspected until such time as your license has been reviewed by the City Council. Also, your failure to acquire permits and schedule inspections is a misdemeanor and subject to penalties thereof. Therefore, you are hereby notified that the City Council will be reviewing your license at their next regular meeting on June 22, 1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota. We would ask that you appear before the City Council to explain your actions so they have all the facts when they consider your future licensing in the City.
