Gilbertson <br /> <br />Mr. dilbertson was not present for the meeting. The Commission members <br />discussed his application for a conditional use permit to have a rental <br />shop in B-1 zoning. <br /> <br />It was decided that the following conditions be considered: <br /> <br />Applicant shall comply with all conditions as specified in <br />Building Official's letter dated April 1, 1982 addressed to <br />Mr. J~nmes Gilbertson. Said letter is. attached and is hereby <br />incorporated as a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />2) Applicant shall not display more than two (2) rental items in <br /> the area outside of the storage area. <br /> <br />Applicant shall shield all security lighting which causes glare <br />on Highway #10. <br /> <br />4) Applicant shall maintain shrubbery in front of the office and/or <br /> office area. <br /> <br />5) Applicant shall complete his building and/or facilities no later <br /> than July 30, 1982. , <br /> <br />6) Applicant understands and agrees that permits shall be required <br /> for the following: <br /> <br />a) Advertising signs <br />b) Revisions to existing structures <br /> <br />Other items discussed, that there are similar uses on Hwy 10 and should;not <br />contribute to traffic problem. Also that there not be a fire hazzard or <br />adverse affect on adjacent properties. <br /> <br />Co~nissioner Schneider made a motion the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recon~end to the City Council granting a conditional use permit to Mr. <br />James Gilbertson and that the City of Ramsey and Mr. Gilbertson enter into <br />an agreement based on the above items for the purpose of operating Bar Dee <br />at 6141 Highway #10. Commissioner Deemer seconded. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, LaDue, <br />Schneider, Isakson, Deemer and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Isakson to adjourn <br />the regular Planning and Zoning Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
