IFROM: IRE: Mayor and Councilmembers City Administrator Council Business Enclosures (D2-a) Council minutes and letter from City Administrator regarding Mr. Duane Lee's second driveway on Ramsey Blvd. NW (D2-b) Building Official's letters and Mr. Lee's application and other documents (D2-c) City policy regarding the use of the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center (D2-d) Letter from Mrs. Wurm, Cheerful Chuggers 4-H group, opposing the policy to charge for use of the lower level CASE #1: DRIVEWAY ON RAMSEY BLVD. NW REGARDING MR. DUANE LEE, 7200 - 152ND AVENUE NW: i I I I I I I I The following information is hereby submitted as enclosure (D2-a) on-this case in regards to Mr. Lee's second driveway on Ramsey Blvd. (Anoka County Road #56): a) Council minutes dated May 25, 1982 - This case was brought before Council at the meeting and Council took the action as indicated in these minutes. b) City Administrator's letter dated May 27, 1982 - This letter was sent to the County Engineer asking them to remove Mr. Lee's drive- way onto Ramsey Blvd. (CR ~56). Secondly, it has been brought to the City's attention that City Staff author- ized him (Mr. Lee) to have a second driveway onto Ramsey Blvd. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-b) is hereby submitted to show that Ramsey City Staff did not authorize Mr. Lee to construct a driveway onto the old service road that ran parallel with Ramsey Blvd; a) Building Official Berg's letter dated'March'14, 1~7~ =. This letter informed Mr. Lee he could not use this proposed accessory building to store his work equipment in. b) Mr. Lee's building permit application and supporting documents - In response to Mr. Berg's letter dated May 14, Mr. Lee stated in his own writing that the proposed accessory building will be used to house a riding l'awn mower and other odds and ends that they had in their garage so that they could put their car in the garage.
