NW REGARDING MR. DUANE LEE, 7200 - 152ND AVENUE NW: <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The following information is hereby submitted as enclosure (D2-a) on-this <br />case in regards to Mr. Lee's second driveway on Ramsey Blvd. (Anoka County <br />Road #56): <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Council minutes dated May 25, 1982 - This case was brought before <br />Council at the meeting and Council took the action as indicated <br />in these minutes. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />City Administrator's letter dated May 27, 1982 - This letter was <br />sent to the County Engineer asking them to remove Mr. Lee's drive- <br />way onto Ramsey Blvd. (CR ~56). <br /> <br />Secondly, it has been brought to the City's attention that City Staff author- <br />ized him (Mr. Lee) to have a second driveway onto Ramsey Blvd. Accordingly, <br />enclosure (D2-b) is hereby submitted to show that Ramsey City Staff did not <br />authorize Mr. Lee to construct a driveway onto the old service road that ran <br />parallel with Ramsey Blvd; <br /> <br /> a) Building Official Berg's letter dated'March'14, 1~7~ =. This letter <br /> informed Mr. Lee he could not use this proposed accessory building <br /> to store his work equipment in. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Mr. Lee's building permit application and supporting documents - <br />In response to Mr. Berg's letter dated May 14, Mr. Lee stated in his <br />own writing that the proposed accessory building will be used to <br />house a riding l'awn mower and other odds and ends that they had in <br />their garage so that they could put their car in the garage. <br /> <br /> <br />
