Ed, this proposed bridge crossing tms to become a <br />reality for many reasons. The most important of course is the <br />tremendous safety factor that it will offer to the citizens of <br />Ramsey, unobstructed ambulance, fire service to the city, as it <br />will eliminate the railroad crossing. Secondly, the school <br />buses that serve the people of Ramsey won't have to be concerned <br />with the railroad crossing as that will be eliminated by this <br />bridge. <br /> <br />I surely hope that you and your Board will give the above bridge <br />crossing your top priority.
