Status of Subdivisions: Be 1 Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage ditch left to complete which is scheduled to be constructed with the 2nd Addition improvements. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: There is no change in the status of this plat since our last report. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: The developer has indicated that he is planning on paving the streets this summer. Pondvale Estates: There is no change in the status of this plat since our last report. Alpaca Estates: Minor restoration work and sign installation left to complete. Meadowbrook Estates: The developer has requested another six month exten- sion for filing the plat. This item will require Council action, Hy-10 Ramse¥: The developer was granted an extension for filing the plat until 3uly 1, 1982, at the 3anuary 26, 1982 council meeting. 2. 1981 Street Projects: No change in status, since our last report. Sewer and Water Feasibility: We are presently working on this feasibility study and plan to complete it next month. 1982 N1SAS Project: We will be presenting the plans for your approval at your April 27th, 1982 Council meeting. Following your review we will submit them to Mn/DOI for their approval. The City Attorney and myself also met with the resi- dents along 167th Avenue on April 19~ 1982 to begin easement negotiations. Rum River Bridqe Crossinq: The comment period following the public hearing end- ed on April 9, 1982. The County Highway Department is presently reviewing com- ments and will be making a recommendation on the project Lo the County Board. Tentatively the County Board is scheduled to select an alternative for the proj- ect sometime next month. Comprehensive Plan: On April lt~ 1982 the City Administrator and myself deliv- ered the Comprehensive Plan revisions to Bob Ryan at the Metropolitan Council. Mr. Ryan indicated that the revisions appeared satisfactory and stated that ap- proval should he made in late May or early 3une of this year.
