MARC HADLEY REGARDING SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM FOR 1982: <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Marc Hadley has requested to be placed on the agenda so that he can address the <br />Council on the 1982 Summer Youth Program. <br /> <br />SUNDAY ON-SALE LIQUOR OPENING HOUR CHANGE; REQUEST FOR: <br /> <br /> Mr. James Brown, owner of Jimmy B's American Cafe and Lounge, requested several <br />months ago that the City change its Liquor Ordinance regarding Sunday on-sale <br />opening hours. His request was to change the opening hour from 12:00 noon to <br />10:00 a.m. However, at that time Council denied his request to change the Liquor <br />Ordinance that governed Sunday on-sale liquor hours. <br /> <br />Accordingly, Mr. Brown has requested that Council reconsider his request to change <br />the Sunday liquor on-sale Opening hour from 12:00 noon to 10:00 a.m. Please refer <br />to enclosure (D2-a) for the following documents: <br /> <br />a) Mr. James Brown's letter dated March 30, 1982 requesting change to <br /> Section 130.0514 of the City's Intoxicating Liquor Code. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Excerpt of present Section 130.0514 of the City's Intoxicating Liquor <br />Code which is provided for informational purposed in regards to this <br />case. <br /> <br />c) Proposed change to Section 130.0514, Paragraph 2 of the City's Intoxi- <br /> cating Liquor Code which is furnished for your information and action. <br /> <br /> <br />
