You may want to recoup these costs. APPROVAL OF ELK RIVER FIRE CONTRACT SERVICES FOR 1982: Enclosure (D2-c) contains the Elk River Fire Contract which is submitted for your review and action. This contract is the same as the 1981 Fire Service Contract. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above stated Fire Contract with Elk P~ver for 1982. It should be noted that the Mayor, City Administrator, City Attorney and City Engineer met with all concerned citizens who will be affected by this project on Monday, April 19, 1982 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall to discuss the easements that the City will have to obtain in regards to this project. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the plans and )ecifications as presented by the City Engineer.
