The <br />Council has granted two prior extensions of time to Mr. Petrucci regarding his <br />Meadowbrook Estates. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. Petrucci's <br />request for a six (6) month extension in filing the final plat. No Council action required. <br /> <br />b) Removal of rock border along Municipal Center and adding extension to <br /> roof drain pipes - This has been addressed in Case #6 above. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Cleaning main floor carpet in Municipal Center - This will be done after. <br />the project is completed and the open house is over. No Council action <br />~e~uired. <br /> <br /> <br />
