' I Accordingly, I have made a check with our Building Official ~d he states ~at Outlots A, B, C, ~d D are not buildable lots ~cause ~ey have very poor per- · culation tests for sewer systems. He states to build there each of ~ose out- · lots would need a variance from our City Code to allow for mound s~wer systems. · Further, Building.Official Berg stat~.that the City of ~sey has always treat~ outlots as ~buildable lots for various reasons.
