Except as otherwise herein provided, ail "on sale" estab- <br />lishments, bottle clubs and public drinking places shall be closed to <br />the public not later than one-half (1/2.) hour after the required time <br />for stopping sales, until the time herein provided as permissible for <br />sales, consumption or display. No persons other than employees shall <br />be permitted within such establishments during t-he closed period~. <br />All. such "on sale" licensees licensed at times <br /> may <br /> keep <br /> premises <br /> open <br />when the sale of intoxicating and non-intoxicating liquor is prohibited <br />for sale of food or recreational activity, provided such licensees <br />shall lock, or in other manner secure, ail facilities or equipment for <br />the serving of such liquor starting not later than 1:00 a.m. until the <br />time herein provlded as permissible for sales, consumption or display. <br />Ali public entrances to premises open after 1:00 a.m. shall remain <br />open and unlocked during ali times when said premises have customers. <br />therein. No licensee who elects to remain open after 1:OO a.m. shall <br />permit any person to consume or display any liquor in any container, <br />including glasses, in the premises after 1:30 a.m. and until the time <br />herein provided as permissible for sales, c'onsumption or display. <br /> <br /> <br />
