I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE #82- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130.05 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE "INTOXICATING LIQUOR" CHAPTER <br />OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Section 130.0514, Paragraph 2 of the City Code of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 130.0514 entitled "Hours of Operation" shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />130.0514 HOURS OF OPERATION. <br /> <br /> 2. Special Sunday "on-sale" liquor licenses. Hotels, restaurants and <br />clubs having special Sunday "on-sale" liquor licenses may serve intoxicating <br />liquor between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Sunday, not- <br />withstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1 above. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
