RICHARD HARTMAN'S REQUEST TO CONSTRUCT A 1,944 SQUARE FT. POLE BUILDING: <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Hartman of 5515 - 152nd Avenue NW has applied for a Board of <br />Adjustment variance to construct a pole building that grossly exceeds the <br />requirements of the City Ordinance for a parcel of land which is slightly <br />less than one acre in size and is located in an area that has basically one <br />acre lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartman has indicated on his application that he intends to use the <br />building for the storage of personal property. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed as enclosure (D4-a) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Mr. Hartman's application <br />b) Area location map <br />c) Notice of public hearing published in newspaper <br />d) List of neighboring property owners notified of hearing <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the findings · <br />of fact ~-~-~pprove/disapprove of Mr. Hartman's request. ~ J~ <br /> <br /> <br />
