RESOLUTION NO. 82- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is submitting to the Commissioner of Transportation <br />the plans and specifications for the improvement of 167th Avenue N.W. from C.S.A.H. <br />No. 5 to S.T.H.
