PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />Tuesday, April 6, 1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:37 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Arthur Dunn <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mrs. Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Robert Isakson <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />ij <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to approve <br />the regular meeting minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission dated <br />March 2, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, LaDue, <br />Zimmerman, Deemer. Voting No: None. Abstaining: Commissioner Schneider. <br /> <br />NOTE BOARDS AND COUNCIL <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Planning Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1) Special meeting minutes of the City Council dated March 1, 1982. <br /> <br />2) Regular meeting minutes of the City Council dated March 23, 1982. <br /> <br />3) Special meeting minutes of the City Council dated March 29, 1982. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that in regards to the regular Council minutes <br />dated March 23, 1982, page 9, paragraph 1, Case ~1 "Rezonin9, Request For; <br />Case of Mr. Robert Muller," the Council is making mations on basis of <br />financial gain or loss of parties involved, and that this would never hold <br />up in court. <br /> <br />LETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Planning Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1) Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2) Letter dated March 9, 1982 from Mr. Robert B.
