I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Comission is in favor of variance to waive park fee on homestead portion <br />until such time as that portion is sold. <br /> <br />Commission recommends that Mr. Skeim proceed to the preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Gerald Bauer - 5745 180th Lane N.W. - Stated that he owns property in the <br />vicinity of To H. #47 and 180th Lane that he wishes to rezone to allow <br />duplexes. <br /> <br />Commission informed him that it would be impossible because the Comprehensive <br />Plan has just gone to a 10 acre minimum for residential in that area as <br />mandated by the Metro Council in order for us to get sewer in other parts of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commission inquired as to how the recodification of City Ordinance is <br />progressing. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg informed them that it was slow, but sure. <br /> <br />ADJOURNEMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunn and seconded by Commissioner Schneider to <br />adjourn the regular Planning and Zoning Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Schneider, <br />Zimmerman and LaDue.
