Additionally, a n.umber of changes have
been made as a result of input from meetings with the Teleprompter
attorneys and as a result of input from other city attorneys from
ot]]er cities dealing with much of the same ordinance.

There will be a need to run the final ordinance through
the Teleprompter attorneys, engineers and operations staff probably
one more time. Minor changes may be made in the ordinance during
that meeting. Hopefully, within two weeks the ordinance will be
in final form to begin its process through your individual city
ordinance procedures.

Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated if you could
review the ordinance for the purpose of its passage through your
city ordinance procedures. Although its length and some of its
more complex sections may be foreign to you, the ordinance has
been reviewed at various levels by at least twenty other attorneys
for other individual cities, and we hope it is fairly sound at
this point.

Some city attorneys have felt it beneficial to meet over
breakfast or lunch with the other city attorneys and myself to
discuss the ordinance in general. If any of you desire such a
meeting, please contact me and I will arrange it with the other
city attorneys.

As soon as any additional changes are proposed by Tele-
prompter and accepted by myself, I will forward those changes to

DUNKLEY AND BENNETT
LAW []FFICES
