I I Staff sees two problems with this, the first being that there I may be a problem permitting the accesses from 153rd Lane N.W. to the 80 acre tract. For example, this will create a corner lot out of one parcel of land which neighbors may object to. I This may then turn into a City problem whereas right now it is a developer problem. Secondly, the net $4,500 would not actually go to lower~the other unit assessments, but it would go into the City's bond fund and reduce the total bond fund. I This in effect would not be direct benefit to the other a units in this project. Staff therefore, believes that it may not be very economical to collect the $4,500 and take on the I access problem. Mrs. Westphal says that she has a survey showing the lot sub- I divisions which were created prior to 1972.
