The proposed construction generally would not include any driveway construction with the exception of a one foot apron which would be provided to protect the edge of the pavement. It would be the homeowner's responsibility to extend existing bituminous or concrete driveways to match the street, in special cases, if the street grades are revised to require driveway adjustments, those adjustments would be made as part of [he project.
