Document regarding Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan Proposed resolutions regarding energy conservation items at the Ramsey Municipal Center CASE #1: REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY 3.2 BEER LICENSE; CASE OF MCGREGOR'S RESTAURANT: Mr. Jerry McGregor is requesting a temporary 3.2 beer license for the period of 6:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 1982 for the grand opening of their outdoor flea market. He will also have a polka band there to provide entertainment. Please refer to enclosure (D2-a) for Mr. McGregor's letter requesting the above temporary beer license. Also, I will have a report from the Chief of Police on this. It should be noted that the only other temporary 3.2 beer license that the Council has issued in the past was to the Anoka Volunteer Fire Dept. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above said license. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your considera- tion: Motion bye'-- and seconded by~.o approve/disapprove (If you disapprove, you should state ) of issuing a temporary 3.2 beer license for the period between 6:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 1982, to McGregor's Restaurant at 6845 Highway #10.
