CASE ~2: PROPOSED STREET IMPROVE~.~ENT PROJECTS (RODEO HILLS, BARTHEL'S RUM RIVER ACRES, AND BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES THIRD ADDITION): The followiqg proposed street improvement projects will require Council action: Rodeo Hills - ~e City Engineer will submit to the Council at the meeting the feasibility report for this proposed street improvement project. Council Action: Your action, if you decide to proceed with this project, will be to adopt a resolution receiving report and calling for public hearing on this proposed project. However, there is an unplatted section to the north of Bowers Drive and I have allowed for three additional future units for this area. There- fore, there are 13 units. Six people signed the petition in favor of this street improvement and this comes to 46%. ! ! Co~mcil Action: Your action will ~e to approve/disapprove of this ~tition.
