This information was provided at 'the regular Council meeting of <br />March 23, 1982. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Mr. Robert B. Ryan's, Metro Council Staffmember, letter dated March <br />9, 1982 to the City of Ramsey regarding Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan <br />Review - The items in paragraphs 1 through 4 outline what the City <br />of Ramsey will have to correct to be in conformance with Metro stan- <br />dards. The contents of paragraph 5 can be omitted. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Memorandum of Understanding - This will be submitted along with our <br />plan to the Metro Council. They will need to review and act on this <br />item. <br /> <br />c) City Assessor's memos to City Administrator - Council reviewed these <br /> at the last meeting. This was in regards to the effect one house <br /> per ten acres would have on City valuations. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to resubmit Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan <br />in accordance with the contents of Mr. Ryan's letter or send the plan back <br />without recognizing the request contained in Mr. Ryan's letter. <br /> <br />ACTION ON ENERGY CONSERVATION ITEMS AT CITY HALL: <br /> <br />Council, at your March 23, 1982 meeting, referred this back to the Ad Hoc Com- <br />mittee. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-d) contains the City Building Official's <br />memo dated March 29, 1982 to the City Administrator which contains the Ad Hoc <br />Energy Co~mJs~J.on's recommendations. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve or disapprove of the Ad Hoc <br />Committee '.c recommendation contained in the above stated enclosure.
