Council Action: <br /> <br />m <br />m CASE #6: <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />m <br />m #7: <br />m. <br />m <br />m' <br />m <br />i <br />m <br /> <br />Your action in this case will be to approve/ <br /> <br />PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT - RODEO HILLS: <br /> <br />A pctition for street improvement was received for the Rodeo <br />Hills area. Enclosure (D3-e) contains a copy of the petition <br />for Council to review. There are a total of 38 units in this <br />area. There were 18 signing in favor (47%) and three signing <br />against (12 %). <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to accept/reject the above <br />mentioned petition. If you reject it then you must state your <br />reason(s) in a motion. If you accept you can do so by adopting <br />the following motion: /~ <br /> <br /> Motion by--and seconded by to <br /> adopt Resolution #82- Declaring Adequacy of Petition <br /> and Ordering Preparation of .Rep~o~t. <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes~ Voting no <br /> <br />DECLARING PARCEL TO BE A LOT OF RECORD; CASE OF MR. DONALD ENEBAK: <br /> <br /> Mr. Donald Enebak of 16378 Yttrium Street N.W. resides on Parcel <br /> 250 which is adjacent to parcels 10 and 15 as noted on Enclosure <br /> (D3-f). According to Mr. Enebak, the City required parcel 15 be <br /> cut out of Lot 1 of Menkvelds Country Park and attached to <br /> parcel 10 so it would be a buildable lot. We can't find any <br />~ ~ ~record of that action but it would appear it was done to offset <br /> ~the street right-of-way that was taken from parcel 10 to provide <br /> ~access to Xenkvelds Country Park. <br /> Inasmuch as the loss of Parcel 15 from Lot 1 Menkvelds Country <br /> Park creates a condition for Lot 1 that is somewhat less than <br /> desireable, it would be our recommendation that Plat 89215 <br /> Parcel lO be declared a lot of record without parcel 15. It <br /> serves no real purpose to parcel 10. <br /> <br />Dickenson regarding his temporary structure at his place <br />of business at 14140 Azurite Street N.W. and that a <br />$1,OO0 bond be posted ~s a financial guarantee the con- <br />tract will be followed. Also the Mayor and City Admini-- <br />strator are authorized to'sign th~/~greement. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes ~j~ ~/l~ .
