No action is contemplated on this item as the City's policy on this issue has been to not get involved. New Legislation Affecting Cigarette License Fees - The above letter from Ramsey's State Representative states that. cities may set the license fee for cigarette licenses effective August 1, 1982. Council Action: There is no action required unless you want to get involved in the youth program. Reappointment of Park and Recreation Member and Authorization to Advertise for new Park and Recreation Member - Enclosure (B-2) of this agenda contains the Park and Recreation minutes for February 18, 1982 whereby it is ftated that Com- mission member Dick Swanson no longer wishes to serve on that Commission. Also their action was to recommend reappointment for Janice Johnson for another term.
