I think the Building Official would be hard pressed and issue a permit on these new subdivisions of land after seeing how the Council treated those parcels when they assessed out the public improvements. FINANCE: In the acceptance of Lot of Lot 6 Block 2 Gorhams Sandy Acres the City of Ramsey became responsible for $1,407.58 for the special assessments that are against that parcel of land. Accordingly, it is requested that council authorize the transfer of $I,407.58 from the General Fund 101 to the 1979 Bond Fund ($990M) #552. Enclosure (D3-m) is the request for transfer and the resolution. Council Action: Your action will be to adopt resolution author- izing of the above requested transfer of funds.
