I i I I I CO![DITIONAL USE PE~,IIT AGREEMENT CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKACOUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ~is ai!reement, entered into this day of March, 1982, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Mir. Norman J. ~nurmer, Jr., here- inafter referred to as "Permittee", to operate at his premises at 15001 Zeolite Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303, a taxidermy service. The conditional use permit is granted contingent and conditional .upon the permittee complying with the following: 1) The Permittee shall permit no on-street parking of ]~s customers. 2) The Permittee shall be allowed to install a sign not to exceed two (2) sq~mre feet on the Permittee's premises and to be placed as to the direction of the shop entrance. 3) ~]e Permittee shall be the sole operator of the taxidermy shop. 4) Building peznnits shall be acquired and the Building Official of the City of Ramsey shall inspect the taxide~nny prior to.commencement of operation. 5) The Pez~nittee understands and agrees that retail sales shall be re- stricted to the sale of on-site created products of taxidermy only. 6) The Permittee shall dispose of all waste products in a safe and sanitary manner. 7) The Permittee understands and agrees that the Conditional Use Permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and any violation of the conditions contained herein or violation of any other City regu- lation may be cause for immediate revocation of this Conditional Use Peznnit.
