MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />JRT - EI_LIOTT - HENDRICKSON, INC. <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />F ROM' <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />JERRY DULGAR, ANOKA CITY MANAGER <br />BOB JOHNSON, ANOKA CITY ENGINEER <br />STEVE CAMPer'S-L, PROJECT MANAGER <br />FEBRUARY 11, 1982 <br /> <br />ANOKA, MINNESOTA <br />VO TECH AREA <br />JOINT SEWER SERVICE WITH CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />OUR FILE NO. 81151 <br /> <br />In accordance with our previous discussions and memorandums, this <br />memo is being prepared as a presentation of alternates and <br />recommendations regarding joint sewer service provided to the <br />cities of Anoka and Ramsey in the vicinity of the Anoka Vocational <br />Technical Institute. These alternates and recommendations are as <br />follows: (Note attached drawing) <br /> <br />Alternate 1 would consist of the constructions of Lines <br />1-2 and 2-3 (railroad crossing) by the City of Anoka with <br />a percenta§e being a~-~essed to the City of Ramsey. The <br />exact percentage will be determined on a contributing fl ow <br />basis subject to the mutual agreement of both communities. <br />Anoka would provide a sewer stub at Point 3 to accommodate <br />the agreed upon flow and elevation requirements of the <br />City of Ramsey. Line ~-6 would be constructed and funded <br />by the City of Ramsey as the need arises. Anoka will <br />obtain the necessary easements from the Vo-Tech for the <br />construction of this line.
