These alternates and recommendations are as <br />follows: (Note attached drawing) <br /> <br />Alternate 1 would consist of the constructions of Lines <br />1-2 and 2-3 (railroad crossing) by the City of Anoka with <br />a percenta§e being a~-~essed to the City of Ramsey. The <br />exact percentage will be determined on a contributing fl ow <br />basis subject to the mutual agreement of both communities. <br />Anoka would provide a sewer stub at Point 3 to accommodate <br />the agreed upon flow and elevation requirements of the <br />City of Ramsey. Line ~-6 would be constructed and funded <br />by the City of Ramsey as the need arises. Anoka will <br />obtain the necessary easements from the Vo-Tech for the <br />construction of this line.
