Alternate 2 would consist of the construction of Line from Point A to Manhole 34 on the CAB interceptor by the City of Anoka. Anoka would also construct Lines A-3 and A-6 in an easement obtained from the Vo-Tech. The invert elevation of Point 3 would be 841~ and the invert elevation of Point 6 would be 839 ~. The cost of lines A-3, A-6 and the connection line from A to Manhole 34 would be shared by both communities. Anoka will proceed with the study of the construction of Lines 3-4 and 3-5 (SA) as public sewers. Easements as required will be obtained from the Vo-Tech. Ramsey will provide a sewer stub at Point 10 to accommodate the flow and elevation requirements of Anoka. Point 10 should be located in a reasonably convenient manner to accommodate the construction of Line 7-10. Line 7-10 will be constructed and funded by the City of Anoka as the need arises. Ramsey will obtain the required easements for the construction of this line. Once constructed Ramsey would own and maintain this line. Lines 7-9 and 9-8 would be constructed by the City of Anoka as the need arises. Should service to this area be necessary prior to the availability of Point 10 Anoka would have the option of placing a lift station at Point 9 and pumping to Point 4. Anoka will contact the developer s representative for the area north of the Burlington Northern Railroad Tracks in order to finalize alignment and easement requirement for Line 1-2.
