Anoka would also construct Lines A-3 and A-6 in <br />an easement obtained from the Vo-Tech. The invert <br />elevation of Point 3 would be 841~ and the invert <br />elevation of Point 6 would be 839 ~. The cost of lines <br />A-3, A-6 and the connection line from A to Manhole 34 <br />would be shared by both communities. <br /> <br />Anoka will proceed with the study of the construction of <br />Lines 3-4 and 3-5 (SA) as public sewers. Easements as <br />required will be obtained from the Vo-Tech. <br /> <br />Ramsey will provide a sewer stub at Point 10 to <br />accommodate the flow and elevation requirements of Anoka. <br />Point 10 should be located in a reasonably convenient <br />manner to accommodate the construction of Line 7-10. <br /> <br />Line 7-10 will be constructed and funded by the City of <br />Anoka as the need arises. Ramsey will obtain the required <br />easements for the construction of this line. Once <br />constructed Ramsey would own and maintain this line. <br /> <br />Lines 7-9 and 9-8 would be constructed by the City of <br />Anoka as the need arises. Should service to this area be <br />necessary prior to the availability of Point 10 Anoka <br />would have the option of placing a lift station at Point 9 <br />and pumping to Point 4. <br /> <br />Anoka will contact the developer s representative for the <br />area north of the Burlington Northern Railroad Tracks in <br />order to finalize alignment and easement requirement for <br />Line 1-2. <br /> <br /> <br />
