I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />MEIqORANDUM <br />PAGE 3 <br />February 11, 1982 <br /> <br />Anoka will obtain sample agreements from the MWCC to serve <br />as a model for the proposed joint service agreement <br />between the two communities. <br /> <br />Prior to entering into an agreement, the City of Anoka <br />requests a copy of the estimated sewage generation <br />calculations for the area within the City of Ramsey to be <br />served. These calculations will be reviewed by the Anoka <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />10. Once an agreement is reached, a revision in the connection <br /> point and meter location on the CAB interceptor must be <br /> requested from the MWCC. The meter manhole on the CAB <br /> interceptor should be relocated east of and as close as <br /> possible to the point of connection of the joint sewer. <br /> <br />11. Once service to Ramsey has been provided by this system, <br /> the flows from areas within Anoka should be subtracted <br /> from the metered flow for billing purposes by the MWCC. <br /> <br />12. Once reviewed and approved by the City of Anoka, ~this memo <br /> will be forwarded to the City of Ramsey for their review. <br /> <br />13. Upon review and approval of the terms of this memo by the <br /> City of Ramsey, a meeting should be held between the two <br /> communities in order to finalize terms of the proposed <br /> joint service agreement. <br /> <br />gfc <br /> <br /> <br />
