I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1981 City Budget provided for <br />the transfer of $1,407.58 from the General Fund #101 to the 1979 Bond <br />Fund ($950M) to reimburse the 1979 Bond Fund for the remaining balance <br />of the deferred assessment on Lot 6 Block 2 Gorhams Sandy Acres as this <br />lot was donated to the City of Ramsey during 1981. <br /> <br />NOW TUEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That it is hereby, directed that the General Fund #101 <br />Transfer $1,407.58 to the 1979 Bond Fund ($95OM) #552 to reimburse the <br />1979 Bond Fund for the remaining balance of the deferred assessment on <br />Lot 6 Block 2 Gorhams Sandy Acres as this lot was donated to the City of <br />R~msey du~ing 1981. <br /> <br /> 2) That it is further directed that the Accounting Department <br />be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
