Meadowbrook Estates: On September 22, 1981, the council granted an <br /> extension on filing the final plat until March 21, 1982. We will be <br /> contacting the developer to inform him that his extension will expire. <br /> <br />G. Hy-lO Ramsey: The developer was granted an extension for filing the <br /> plat until July 1, 1982, at the January 26, 1982 council meeting. <br /> <br /> i981 Street Projects: <br /> <br />No change in status, since our last report. <br /> <br />Joint Sewer Service Between Ramsey and Anoka: See case in agenda for a <br />report on this item. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Feasibility: We are presently working on this feasibility <br />study and plan to complete it in the next two months. <br /> <br />1982 MSAS Project: We have completed a supplement to th 167th Avenue N.W. <br />feasibility which is included under old business in the agenda. A public <br />hearing on this project is scheduled for 7:30 P.M. on March 23, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />
