ROBERT MULLER: %~~/~~~ <br />~ouncilmember Van Wagner has requested ~that this item again be placed on the <br />Council agenda for further consideration regarding Mr. Muller's request to <br />rezone his property back to B-1 as' it was ~riginally. <br /> <br />We would ask that you bring with you your past agendas if you feel you need <br />reference material. <br /> <br />Your actions will be to rescind your previous actions if you want to have the <br />property remain as B-1. Should you want it to be RB-la, then no action will <br />be necessary and this will be published. <br /> <br />RAMSEY'S SECOND SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF MR. NORMAN <br /> <br />Mr. Norm Holm, owner and developer of Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition, has <br />with the City Staff and reviewed the current status of the second sanitary <br />sewer connection. It is Mr. Helm's contention that he has been promised <br />sewer in the past and the opportunity to provide it is now available to the ~ <br />City. <br /> <br />Mr. Holm or his representatives will be available at the meeting to discuss <br />this issue with you. <br /> <br />No action will be necessary, as your action on the adoption of the Compre- <br />hensive Plan will dictate.
