I <br />I <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COU~]C2~ <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />i <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Monday, <br />March 1, 1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cox <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Reimann (arrived at 5:58 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Building Official Berg <br />Citizen Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order <br />at 5:50 p.m. by Mayor Gamec. Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were added to the agenda for Council action: <br /> <br /> a) Change orders to the remodeling of the lower level of <br /> the Municipal Center. <br /> <br /> b) Public hearing on Rum River Bridge Crossing scheduled <br /> for March 18, 1982. <br /> <br />Council approved of the above additions to the special Council <br />agenda. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #4 Rum River Bridge Crossing Public Hearing: <br /> <br />Council received the letter dated February 18, 1982 from County <br />Administrator Ralph McGinley which contained the public hearing <br />notice of this proposed project. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van <br />Wagner to adopt Resolution #82-25 supporting the proposed bridge <br />project. (Please refer to resol-n-~ion file for Resolution #82-25 .) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Cox and Van Wagner.
