I I I I I I Case Rediscussion of Case #2, Council Old Business. February ]2, 1982 (Regarding Deleting From Ordinance #82-5. Parcel 7" Rezoning From B-1 to RBi-a That Total Parcel of Land Located on the North Side of 167th Avenue at the Inter- section of State Highway #47): Council raise the question with the City Attorney if they should take action on this issue at a special meeting. The Attorney stated that he would rather they take action on this at a regular meeting for the following reason: Inasmuch as the above land has been technically rezoned from B-1 to RBi-a, this case should really go to the Planning and Zoning Commission. However, do to the fact it has not been published in the official paper and that the re- zoning is to return to its original zoning there wasn't really a problem. In view of the above, Council directed that this case be put on the regular Council meeting agenda for March 23, 1982. Cooncilmember Reimann arrived at the meeting at 5:58 p.m. Councilmember Cox asked if they could take a tour of the lower area that is being remodeled to review the construction work. All Councilmembers toured the lower le~zel. Council resumed meeting at 6:10 p.m. Case #5 Approval of Change Order Regarding Remodeling of Lower Level of Ramsey Municipal Center: Building Official Berg stated that Council would have to approve of the following change orders: a) Tile Change for floor area in kitchen - approximate $50.00 increase b) Paint hallway no. 14 - increase of $322.00 c) Change all cabinets ~n kitchen a~ea to formica - increase of $379.50 ~ d) Electrical items: 1) Exit light #13 on printJ (exit in Police Car Garage) cannot be put under ceiling 2) Junction Box in ceiling are in soffit, not accessible Sp C/March 1, 1982 Page 2
