The stationing which we have used references the

cen[er line of Nowthen Boulevard as Station 0+00 with stationing ~ncreasing

going west along 167th Avenue tpward St. Francis Avenue.

We understand that the existing bituminous pavement surface is
deteriorating, and an upgrading of the roadway is proposed. The proposed
alignment of the street.is to be within a 66 foot'right-of-way. We
understand that the newly proposed grade will be similar to the existing
grade, k decision regarding curb and gutter or ditches has not been made
at this time.

It was the intention of this exploration to establish the soil profile and
physical classification of the subgrade soils, together with local ground
water and drainage conditions which would be expected to influence the
design and construction of the new roadway. The included recommendations
have been based on our subsurface exploration at twenty-one locations along
