To he eligible for consideration, conunents must be relevant to the effect the proposed construction would have on avi- <br />ation, provide safficient detail to permit a clear understanding, and be received on or before ~R 2, 1982 <br />Please refer to tile aeronautical study number printed in the upper right hand comer of this notice. <br /> <br />This notice may l~e reproduced and reeirculated by any interested person. <br /> <br />The proposed structure would be located approximately 1 nautical mile southwest <br />of Hamel, MN, at a.location 2250' northwest of the intersection of Medina Road <br />and Hunter Drive; and 8.3 nautical miles southwest of Crystal Airport, Minneapolis, <br />MN. It would exceed the obstruction standards of the Federal Aviation Regulations, <br />Part 77, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 77.23 (a)(1) by 490 feet - a height exceeding 500 feet above ground <br />lev61. <br /> <br />Section 77.23 (a)(3) by 462 feet - a height that increases a minimum-instrument <br />flight altFfud'e witEtn a terminal area (TERPS criteria). <br /> <br />S,C~ED -James R.
