ORDINANCE #8]- 5 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO CtlAPTER 130.O1 KNOWN AS THE BUSINESS AND TRADE L1CENSES <br /> CI{APTER OF TIlE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 130.O1 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> SEC'r ON ME_ <br /> <br />Sect]on 130.Ol17 entitled "Gasoline Sales" is hereby amehded by the addition <br />of the following paragraph #8. <br /> <br /> 8. As a condition to obtaining a gasoline sales license, each <br /> licensee shall make available to the public during the <br /> licensee's hours of operation compressed air capable of being <br /> used to inflate vehicle tires. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. CONFORMANCE <br /> <br /> The in Section 1 above shall be <br /> requirement <br /> prescribed <br /> complied <br /> with by existing licensees on or after the date said licensees <br /> current gasoline sales license expires and a new gasoline sales <br /> license will not be issued until proof of compliance is made. <br /> <br /> All new gasoline sales license applicants shall show proof of <br /> compliance with Section 1 of this ordinance prior to said license <br /> being issued. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
