February 12, 1982 <br /> <br />RE: City of Ramsey's Resolution ~81-196 dated December 22, 1981 which <br /> requests the repealing of the Fiscal Disparities Act <br /> <br />Dear Representative <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Ramsey City Council Resolution #81-196 dated <br />December 22, 1981 which is requesting the repeal of the Fiscal Disparities <br />Act. This resolution is being forwarded to you and other members of your <br />committee for your review and action. <br /> <br />The Fiscal Disparities Act, as pointed out in our resolution, is another <br />tax that is creating havoc with the Ma and Pa business, small business, <br />intermediate business, and large business here in our State of Minnesota. <br />We feel that this is a tax that definitely should be removed during this <br />legislative session. <br /> <br />We would appreciate your comments in regards to this issue. <br /> <br />Thank you. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSE¥ <br /> <br />Thomas G.
