Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage ditch left to complete which is scheduled to be constructed with the 2nd Addition improvements. B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: There is no change in the status of this plat since our last report. C. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: This plat is presently on hold. Pondvale Estates: On September 8, 1981, the council granted the developer a variance to obtain a building permit prior to construction of the streets. To date the developer has not requested any inspections. Fo Alpaca Estates: Minor restoration work and sign installation .left to complete. Meadowbrook Estates: On September 22, 1981, the council granted an extension on filing the final plat until March 21, 1982. G. H_~v-lO Ramsey.: The developer was granted an extension for filing the plat until July 1, 1982 at the January 26, 1982 council meeting. 2. 1981 Street Projects: No change in status, since our last report. Joint Sewer Service_ _ Between Ramsgy and Anoka: No change in status since our last report. Sewer and Water Service to Ramsey: As requested at your January 26, 1982 council meeting we have prepared a proposal to complete a feasibility study for sewer and water service to the 1983 commercial area of the city. This item has been placed on the agenda for your action. 1982 MSAS Project: We are presently working on the feasibility study for improving 167th Avenue N.W. between CSAH #5 and State Trunk Highway #47. We plan to complete the study by February 22, 1982 and present it at your council meeting.
