The <br />main problems the Met Council has with the plan are the size of the 1990 <br />Urban Area and the lack of restri'ctions on development in the rural area. <br />Mayor Gamec will address thi's issue at the February 22, 1982 council <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
